Lodging Rates

Room Rentals:  Nightly Rate $125.00 - $180.00 per room plus 10% state and county taxes.  Access to the entire facility is included. 

Facility/Home Rental:  Nightly Rate $1,200.00 plus 10% state and county taxes.  Call for group and nonprofit rates.

Check-In 4pm Check-Out 11am.  Smoking permitted outdoors only.  We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.  Boarding facilities are available nearby.  Cancellation:  14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund.

Boardroom Rental:  $100 per/hr including set up time, minimum 3 hours - Includes usage of a Windows XP Laptop and Projector with 104 inch Projection Screen. 


President's Club

Purchase the President's Plan and automatically become a President's Club member.  The member benefits include: Early Check-in and Late Check out.  The President's Club membership includes 10 days annual usage of the facility.  An advance payment of $12,000.00 is required to purchase the President's Plan.
